Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your capital. Cashback reduces trading costs and does not reduce that risk. LotsBack is an introducing partner, not a broker. Eligibility depends on broker, account type, instrument and jurisdiction.

FAQ

Questions traders ask.

If something here is unclear, the cashback terms say it in full — and they are versioned, so you can see what changed and when.

Getting started

  • What does LotsBack actually do?

LotsBack is an introducing partner. Brokers pay us for the volume our traders bring, and we share part of that with you per eligible lot, paid in USDT.

  • Can I keep the broker account I already have?

Often yes. Each broker page lists the existing-account path: some brokers can re-attribute an existing account to LotsBack, others require a new account opened through the partner link. The broker page says which, per broker.

  • Which platforms can LotsBack read?

MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. The connection is read-only: LotsBack reads closed positions and cannot trade.

  • Does it cost anything?

No. There is no subscription, and LotsBack pays the network fee on every payout.

Cashback and verification

  • Do losing positions count?

Yes. Cashback is calculated from the lots you traded, not from the result of the trade.

  • Why is my amount Estimated first?

Because the broker has not confirmed the line yet. An estimate is priced when the position closes; it becomes Verified only once the broker's own report matches it, and Available only once the cycle is released.

  • How long does verification take?

Cycles close weekly. Matching against the broker report usually completes within 3 business days of cycle close; a line that does not match becomes an exception a person reviews.

  • Can an amount go down?

Yes. An estimate can be corrected or rejected at verification — for example if the instrument is not in the programme or the position was held below the minimum hold time. Every change is written as its own ledger line with a reason.

Payouts

  • When can I withdraw?

As soon as an amount is Available and it clears the minimum for the asset and network you chose. Payout runs happen twice a week.

  • Which assets and networks can I be paid on?

The enabled pairs are listed on the payouts page, always as asset and network together, with the minimum for each. LotsBack pays the network fee.

  • What proof do I get?

A receipt for every payout: the positions it came from, the rate used, the asset and network, the destination address and the transaction hash.

  • What happens if a payout fails?

The amount returns to Available with an explicit ledger line. It is never adjusted quietly.

Account and data

  • Do I need a password?

No. Sign-in is a magic link sent to your email address.

  • What data does LotsBack store?

Your account details, the trading accounts you connect, the closed positions read from them, the cashback lines derived from those positions, and your payout destinations. The privacy notice lists it in full.

  • Is cashback available everywhere?

No. Eligibility depends on broker, account type, instrument and jurisdiction. A restricted jurisdiction is flagged during registration, before you connect anything.

Risk disclosure and terms

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your capital. Cashback reduces trading costs and does not reduce that risk, and it does not offset a losing position. LotsBack is an introducing partner, not a broker: it never holds your trading money and never trades on your behalf. Eligibility depends on broker, account type, instrument and jurisdiction. Amounts shown before a cycle is verified and released are estimates.
